Pontefract Colleries B vs HSM COLTS B.
Colls were looking to keep there winning streak going as they host Horsforth COLTS, but after a slow start colls found themselves 1 nil behind.
The returning Charlie Elvin was slotted into the back 3 after enduring 2 months without football and he did not disappoint as he threw himself into some meaty tackles, backed up by MOM River who was all over the defence clearing up any attacks. With halftime approaching colls needed some kind of spark to remain in this game and despite hard graff in the centre of midfield from Zack & Sam colls just dint get going 1st half.
2nd half.
With a stern word still ringing in their ears colls started to get a grip of the game as Jack and Harry applied pressure to the defence resulting in a poor clearance at the feet of Tyler who looked up and stroked the ball high over the keeper into the top corner to give colls the equaliser with a possible goal of the the season.
It was a quite game for both keepers but good concentration by Jacob left him to apply good kicks to get colls going, and on a few occasions released Sonny who beat his man out on the left a few times but with no end product. Full time. 1-1
MOM River UPlayers MOM Tyler.
