Our U15’s JPL team faced a tough trip north to South Shields this weekend, knowing they would be in for a tough test following the previous three games together.
The game started at a frenetic pace and Ponte flew into an early 2-0 lead. Injuries threatened to hamper the side in the first half, but the team adjusted and all throughout the side they battled well whilst creating good chances! Full time score saw the lads victorious in a 3-2 win.
With that result, if things go their way this weekend they could be North East and Yorkshire Blues Regional champions. These past couple of months have been some of the best football they have played and we are extremely proud of what they have achieved, so far!
